From a young age, our founder Mike was endlessly fascinated by how things worked. While other kids played with their toys, Mike was busy taking his apart — carefully unscrewing pieces, examining the components, and trying to put them back together again. What started as childhood curiosity quickly grew into a lifelong passion for gadgets, innovation, and design.
That same spirit of exploration is what gave birth to Avoro. Inspired to create a chair where the back
Made entirely of oak, the Bow Chair is comfortable, visually pleasing and brimming with character. The moulded plywood seat is unusually wide in proportion to its depth and a waterfall edge at the front softens contact with the hamstrings.
